Lee Enterprises Biodiesel Consulting Group adds BQ9000 and Quality Assurance Specialist
Kent Bullard Joins Nationally Recognized Biodiesel Group
SHERWOOD, AR, November 23, 2010 /Environment PR News/ -- Biodiesel consulting group, Lee Enterprises of Little Rock, Ark., is pleased to announce the addition of Kent Bullard to its team of consultants. Bullard received his B.S. in Occupational Education from Southern Illinois University and his Masters of Science in Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is the longest serving auditor with the National Biodiesel Accreditation Commission and since 2005 has audited biodiesel production, marketing and laboratory facilities across the US and in Canada. His work in the field has been recognized with awards at the national and regional level.
Firm owner, Wayne Lee, says that Bullard's vast hands on experience in biodiesel quality assurance, fleet utilization and advocacy bring the firm a rare combination of experience across the field. "In his capacity as a fleet user, Kent had to resolve quality issues and he is able to use that experience to help our clients with quality assurance at all levels" said Lee. "BQ9000 certification is something that many larger biodiesel purchasers will require, and Kent's work as an auditor for the NBAC is something that very few in this field bring to the table. We are most excited to add Kent to our team".
Bullard said that "biodiesel producers, marketers and laboratories which have achieved accreditation through the BQ-9000 program have demonstrated their commitment to meeting customers' requirements." He also noted that "customers demand for quality product is met through establishment of a documented quality assurance program, testing, verification and adherence to quality system procedures." Both Lee and Bullard agree that as more biodiesel plants return to full production, quality assurance programs will offer a cost effective means for organizations to protect their investment in the biodiesel business.
Last month, Lee Enterprises announced the addition of John Hardy as corporate counsel in its Little Rock headquarters and Thomas Anhorn to assist with cold soak and filtration matters. "I think we have the best consulting team in the industry" said Lee. "We will continue to strategically expand our group only as we see additions which are vital to our clients in the biodiesel industry." Lee notes that as biodiesel usage expands in the U.S. and abroad, his group's expertise, strategic partnerships, geographic balance and multiple language fluency allow it to remain the industry leader in biodiesel consulting.
