Russia to Spend $1.7 Billion on Nuclear Plants

February 25, 2010 /Environment PR News/ -- Days after the US announced that it will build its first nuclear power plant in years, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin announced that his country will also invest heavily into nuclear power.
