Pedro A. Janer Recognized for Showing Dedication in All Aspects of Environmental Engineering
GUAYNABO, PR, October 13, 2009 /Environment PR News/ -- Pedro A. Janer, Environmental Engineering Associate in the Environmental Science and Engineering Department of CMA Architects & Engineers, LLP, has been recognized as a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of environmental engineering.
Mr. Janer has 18 years of professional experience in the engineering field, with the last four of these years devoted to CMA, an architectural, engineering and consulting firm. Recognized as an authority on environmental permits and compliance management, he is responsible for ensuring quality, supervising staff and conducting investigations. In the course of his work, Mr. Janer was able to identify and remove a parcel contaminated with arsenic, fuel oil and lead, and considers this feat to be the proudest achievement of his career to date. Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who as a VIP member in 2008, he attributes his success to his perseverance.
A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, Mr. Janer received his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1991. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Environmental Manager through the College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico. His professional affiliations include the National Registry of Environmental Professionals, the Inter-American Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, and the International Erosion Control Association. Mr. Janer aspires to become a partner at the firm within the next five years.
